Sharpham Ticklemore Tagliatelle With Pepper & Oregano

  1. Put the olive oil in a frying pan on a medium-low heat and add the garlic
  2. Stir continuously until garlic has some colour
  3. Once slightly golden, remove from the pan and place on some kitchen roll and keep to one side to cool, keep the pan aside for use later
  4. Bring a large pot of generously salted water to the boil and cook your chosen pasta for as long as instructed
  5. Whilst the pasta cooks add the butter, oregano and black pepper to the frying pan and heat gently on a low heat, stirring until the butter melts and herbs are fragrant
  6. Drain the pasta and add to the melted butter mixture on a low heat
  7. Throw in the toasted garlic, then the Ticklemore cheese. Let the cheese melt a little then stir vigorously to mix into the pasta
  8. Finish with an extra sprinkle of cracked pepper and Parmesan and serve

You’ll need:

  • 20ml olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 250g fresh tagliatelle
  • 90g salted butter
  • 2tbsp fresh oregano
  • 1tsp cracked black pepper
  • 70g Sharpham Ticklemore Goats’ Cheese, roughly chopped into small pieces
