New Bayley & Sage Olive Oil & Cheese Biscuits

We are super excited to be launching two own brand new products.

Firstly our very own Bayley & Sage Extra Virgin Olive Oil:

Made using 100% Picual olives, grown and milled in Andalusia.

  • From the first taste, we knew this great oil belonged at the table of our customers. This is a high-intensity early harvest EVOO with exquisite herbaceous aromas: freshly cut grass, tomato-on-the-vine, green almond, green apple, subtle hints of peppermint and artichoke. A freshness that continues in the mouth with a silky-smooth aromatic spiciness and a perfect balance of fruit and pepper.

Serve drizzled on salads, over baked bread, through crisp vegetables and fresh herbs, with green lentils salads, on Iberico ham with a handful of Marcona almonds and crispbread, and enjoy.

We are also launching  our own Bayley & Sage Cheese Biscuit Selection – the perfect accompaniment to our extensive cheese counter.

Our thins and crackers are handmade on the North Cornish Coast at Popti Bakehouse, each batch is made using the finest traditional ingredients, rich butter, wheat flour, and natural seasoning that are seasonal and local.

  • Cornish Buttermilk and Oat Crackers
    A delicately sweet and crisp wholemeal biscuit, enriched with Cornish buttermilk, and perfect with soft British Cheeses.
  • Multi-Seed Crackers
    A rich buttery cracker with a flavourful crunchy mix of seeds. Pairs beautifully with aged cheddar or Blue Stilton, and silky red wines.
  • Cornish Sea Salt Savoury Thins
    Deliciously savoury thins made with butter and sprinkled with crunchy Cornish sea salt. These biscuits are fantastic with buttery soft cheeses, cured meats and charcuterie.
  • Rich Parmesan Thins
    Crisp thins, made with butter and hand-sprinkled with freshly grated parmesan. Perfect with mild cheeses, liver pates, charcuterie and dips.
