Jennie Allen started Bayley & Sage in 1997, with her first store in Wimbledon village, where she found a great community in the village. With a vision to create fresh food stores with the most delicious produce for our customers and never compromise on quality, the B&S story began.

Serving Customers Since 1997
We continue with that vision and as we’ve grown to 13 Bayley & Sage and Abode Homeware stores and found new communities and customers, we have learned more and grown as a company, with Jennie firmly at the helm.
Every story has people at the heart of it and B&S is no different. Jennie has found an immensely talented and passionate team of people who are central to our success. Ultimately, we love what we do and enjoy presenting delicious fresh produce to our customers, chatting to them, making them coffee and helping them enjoy our stores.
Our Locations
Since opening in 1997, we are now in 13 locations, from Wimbledon to Marylebone High Street, we also have a homeware store called Abode in Parsons Green, Belgravia and Marylebone!
Community Atmosphere
Our stores are based in communities filled with friendly families and a village atmosphere. We are always delighted by how wonderful our customers are and we love getting to know them personally, chatting with them about our produce and receiving their feedback.
Our Passionate Team
Our teams are at the heart of our business, we pride ourselves on promotion from within. Many of our senior leadership team and Store Managers worked and were developed from within our stores. Our teams are knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming, with a passion for food.
We bring exceptional food to our neighbourhoods, we are passionate about ensuring that our customers experience something different every time they shop with us.
